HOMOSUPERIORS

Evolution is nothing more than a gruesome fight for survival. The instant life burst forth from primordial waters, every organism on Earth has been struggling to boost their chances of living. As million of years rolled on, the game grew more complicated as life forms adapted to their environments. For humanity, the fight carried on when stories of the children of the X-Gene surfaced in the 1960’s. Stories of people cursed with supernatural powers or ghastly appearances quickly grew from urban legends to startling reality. The genetic building blocks that separate Homo Sapiens from Homo Superiors have now become the dividing line between the classes of normal and mutant.

While history has shown that change is not an easy task for humanity to handle, mutantkind has done it’s best to survive. Coming out of the shadows and represented by opposing factions, the world has come to see what mutants are. Some view them as nothing more than a brotherhood of terrorists and others view them as a student army born from their teacher’s vision. Their conflicts have cemented their place in history and in public opinion. Most fear them and consider them to be creatures from the worst of nightmares. The government wishes to control them and keep them under their thumb. With little over a decade into the new millennium, mutants have yet to be counted out of this game of survival. With each passing year more mutants are surfacing from the woodwork of society and slowly the feared minority is starting to grow in populous. The question is: will our modern-age mutant crusaders stake their claim in existence or will they be crushed by the fear of the species that came before them?
